Harvested in the second week of October from the Golden Mile Bench vineyard. With vines averaging 22-24 years old, their roots extend deep into the gravelly soils which adds minerality and complexity to the wine.

Our 2021 CHARDONNAY boasts of apple, pear and pineapple with a nice clean mid pallet of citrus, passion fruit and vanilla.

Grapes are whole cluster pressed to gently release the virgin and high quality juice. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tank to continue the delicate preservation of fruit. The wine is then aged in new French oak barrel for two to six weeks just to have a hint of oak. The wine is removed from the barrels and goes back on the tank for another 4 months.
