Harvested on second week of October from the Golden Mile Bench vineyard. With vines averaging 18-20 years old, their roots extend deep into the gravely soils which adds minerality and complexity to the wine.

The wine boasts of apple, pear and pineapple with a nice clean mid pallet of citrus and passionfruit , vanilla and a hint of oak. Crisp with aftertaste of green apples and toofe. The wine leaves long lingering flavors with perfect balance of oak, green apples and vanilla.

Grapes are whole cluster pressed to gently release the virgin and high quality juice. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tank to continue the delicate preservation of fruit. The wine is then aged in new French oak barrel for two to six weeks just to have a hint of oak. The wine is removed from the barrels and goes back in the tank for another 4 months.
